I want everyone to realise their creative superpowers

I am Zoe. I am happy when I am creating or when I am helping others to create.

I live in sunny Southbourne on the Dorset coast, but have lived all over the world. I have a BA Hons in Multimedia Textiles and have successfully run my own creative business, as well as working in various creative industries nearly all my life. Whatever I have done, I have sought out the creative path.

I am an artist, avid crafter, dedicated textile addict and generally use creativity to soothe my soul and ground myself.

I see the huge benefits of creativity for mental health and balance in life. You do not need to create a masterpiece or sellable item to reap the benefits of getting messy, feeling free, and expressing yourself via art or craft.

With my own children, I realised that creativity was my ‘play’. I encourage my children to use creative expression as a way to relax and understand the world around them.
